A note on the scent
Warm, sweet and softly spiced with a bright, almost citrus edge, it is the scent of an old coffee house on a winter morning. Stir a tiny amount into honey or oil to flavour Cypriot coffee, spiced tea, cinnamon buns or a creamy rice pudding.
