A note on the scent
Peppermint, ginger and fennel lead a lively, sweet-spiced blend rounded out by coriander, caraway, cardamom and star anise. A tiny amount stirred into honey adds a warm, minty twist to herbal teas, poached fruit, chocolate desserts or a festive gingerbread dough.
